With over a century of combined industry experience, each of our Systems Consultants at AVL Professional apply advanced time tested design principles to every comprehensive plan produced. Each system design is developed from the ground up to ensure that every client need is addressed in the most effective way possible. We avoid "cookie cutter" plans that get shoe-horned into the build phase, but instead uniquely tailor each design for each application.

To see our designs from concept to reality, we've built strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers that work with us in every step of the process. We leverage these relationships to reduce costs, lead-times, and increase the quality of the products delivered to our clients. If we cannot find a product that will do what is needed, our Custom Shop will engineer and build it. All products are tested by our Electronic and Speaker Technicians prior to being released for rack fabrication and pre-wiring by our build team. By doing this, we can address potential issues before delivering them to the job site.

Our Build/Installation Technicians are experts in integrating audio, video, and lighting systems. We only use the best technicians in the industry and each field representative is charged with doing "whatever it takes" to complete our projects. We are licensed, bonded, and insured to work in the State of Washington as an AV Integrator and adhere to Local, State, and National Codes. We always keep safety as a priority in our designs, build out, and on the job site. All work is guaranteed for a full year after commissioning the system.

Pre-Design and Discovery Phase

1. Meetings to discuss goals and intentions of the client

2. Define parameters and identify potential pitfalls

3. Develop functionality requirements for the AVL system

4. Formulate a preliminary project schedule

5. Create conceptual design to work from in design phase

Design Phase

1. Convert conceptual design to a schematic design

2. Turn ideas into physical drawings

3. Continue development of design, refining at the micro level

4. Combine ideas and changes into construction documents

Build Phase

1. Submittal of final bid documents or a quote for project build

2. Manage construction to ensure goals are met

3. Communicate with all trades to complete build

4. Move project forward to meet substantial completion goals

5. Test and commission AVL system
